Daria is a Strategy and Market Development Director at Big Society Capital where she has been since 2012. She leads BSC's strategy on the use of social investment to pump prime outcome based commissioning through mechanisms such as Social Impact Bonds. This involves managing BSC’s investments in SIBs, working with local and national government to catalyse further outcome based commissioning and supporting charities and social enterprises to deliver outcomes contracts. She is particularly interested in public service reform in health and social care and is currently on secondment to the Strategy Group at NHS England working on health system transformation.
Daria has broad experience developing policy and strategy, including at New Local Government Network and the Cabinet Office Strategy Unit, and is a trustee of Avenues Group, a charity for people with learning disabilities. She has a Masters of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and a BA from Oxford University.
