This evaluation examines the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Into Work Service for unemployed clients with substance issues across eight West London boroughs. The evaluation adopts a mixed methods approach to explore three priority research areas (employment impacts, service delivery, and client perspectives and wider health and wellbeing impacts of the IPS service) with key findings in each.
