This five year project will develop a SIB to reduce the very frequent avoidable A&E attendance by people with drug/alcohol problems and additional complex problems (including mental ill health, physical health problems or homelessness) in Cornwall. Target beneficiaries often have chaotic lives and struggle to engage with mainstream support services.
