Intervention description

This project will support people with drug and alcohol addictions who are out of work to gain and retain competitive, paid employment. The project will use the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. By supporting people with addictions into employment, this will help them to manage their dependency issues, improve their wellbeing and aid integration into society.
