Intervention description

The SIB will deliver an extension of the existing service across the whole of Suffolk. It will look to widen the service and look to find innovative ideas to engage with a wider cohort of young people. The service will pay particular attention to supporting young people age 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as care leavers.

  • Baseline: Taking into account a deadweight/counter-factual assumption (i.e. Cases that would not have entered into Care in any event), this assumes a net 20% point increase in the Cases worked that avoid Care compared to the 'business as usual'.
