Andreea is the Executive Director of the GO Lab. Her work focuses on building bridges between academia and policymakers for better social outcomes. As such she works closely with leading academics, government officials and practitioners around the world to improve the understanding and practice of outcomes-focused cross-sector partnerships.
She oversees GO Lab’s pioneering programme of peer learning and knowledge exchange, its network of Fellows of Practice and the Global Knowledge Hub for outcomes-based partnerships. She also manages strategic relationships with the UK government and international partners.
Andreea has over a decade of experience in public policy and government. Prior to joining the GO Lab in 2016, she worked on policy development and public service transformation programmes in local government in England.
Andreea holds a first class BA in Global Politics and History from Canterbury Christ Church University, and an MA (with Distinction) in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Kent.
She is particularly interested in how innovation and cross-sector collaboration can help build a fairer and stronger society, and in ways to improve accountability and transparency in government.
