Daniella is a finance lawyer working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She has advised on the structuring and legal aspects of over forty RBF programs in the UK, Africa, Middle East and India over the past nine years. Daniella is focussed on helping to develop the market for outcomes based contracting and making the legal process of RBF programs more efficient by standardising contracts and creating templates. To this end she has worked with funders such as the Education Outcomes Fund to create templates and co-chaired a working group to update the Social Impact Bond Template Contract published by the UK Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in the United Kingdom and has worked with the GO Lab to develop guidance on drafting outcomes contracts.
Daniella has an undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
