Eli is a Communications and Engagement Assistant at the Government Outcomes Lab, where she supports the work of our Social Outcomes Conference.
Prior to Oxford, Eli worked in policy areas of fiscal policy and economic development in the Office of Finance Secretary, Department of Finance, Republic of the Philippines. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas and is currently studying a Master in Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government.
