Gloria Wawira is a Communications and Engagement Assistant with the Government Outcomes Lab, where she supports the Social Outcomes Conference 2023.
Prior to Oxford, she worked in policy and strategic advisory supporting companies investing in Sub-Sahara Africa and was head of secretariat convening the Committee on Technology and Innovation at the Parliament of Kenya. Her policy interests include technology policy, specifically platform regulation and innovative financing for social outcomes.
Gloria holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi. She is currently a Mastercard Foundation scholar studying the Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
