Miranda is acting Associate Director at the New South Wales Office of Social Impact Investment where she collaborates with public, for-purpose, private and philanthropic sector partners to facilitate better outcomes, services and value through impact investing and knowledge sharing.
She has developed, restructured and participates in the ongoing governance for impact investments across various policy domains. These include initiatives to support mental health, palliative care, Aboriginal economic development and young people with experience of out-of-home care transition to independence. Her work focuses on improving the way outcome-based contracts are designed, negotiated and managed by partners.
Previously, Miranda worked at impact investment intermediary Sefa developing blended capital solutions for purpose-driven organisations, following over a decade of experience in derivative pricing and risk analysis in the finance sector in Sydney, London and NYC.
Miranda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Sydney University.
