About Ozioma

Ozioma works part-time as a Systems and Data Analyst at the Government Outcomes Lab (GO Lab), where she supports the work of our International Network for Data on Impact and Governance Outcomes (INDIGO). She collaborates with researchers and a network of data stewards to maintain, visualise, and build quality datasets to support the mission of INDIGO.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business and Management with a focus on optimization and decision sciences at Alliance Manchester Business School. She holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Lagos. In between studying, Ozioma has worked in three global professional services firms - KPMG, Deloitte and Ernst & Young - across several industries and teams, using technology to optimise and improve systems. Before joining the GO lab, her roles have spanned across research assistant, technical support for both hardware and software, technology consultant, and more recently, short stints as a data analyst at an African FinTech, Asaak and the World Bank Group.

When she is not gathering insights from data or conducting research, she is either sewing, writing, or dancing. She also has a special love for Nigerian Jollof rice and electric guitars.
