About Sarah

Sarah is a Directer at Kirkless Better Outcomes Partnership. with a demonstrated history of working in both non-profit and private sectors across Homelessness, Housing and Justice organisations. She is an innovator and change maker, with a determination to “change the system and not the person” to enable individual empowerment and solutions through collaboration and relationships.

After working with a number of third sector housing charities and Justice organisations across the North, including Shelter where she led their national “Transforming Rehabilitation” contracts, she joined Bridges Outcomes Partnership to lead the award winning GM Homes Partnership Entrenched Rough Sleepers Programme, before developing and leading Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership. GM Homes Partnership was selected by MHCLG to deliver £2m of outcomes across Greater Manchester (one of the 8 flagship MHCLG Rough Sleeping SIBs). KBOP, a £22m outcomes-based project, aiming to help 5,800 people over 5 years, is the largest social outcomes programme in Europe, investing in innovation and systems change at scale

After beginning her career as a volunteer in a youth homelessness charity and acting as an advocate for children in the care system, she has been part of a number of ambitious pilots including Re-Unite, Greater Manchester Offenders Project, and supporting the development of the Female Offender Whole Systems Approach in GM.

As a proud Trustee of “Partners of Prisoners” she is a passionate advocate for rehabilitation, systems change, empowerment through connections and shifting the social paradigm.
