About Stéphane

Stéphane joined the Government Outcomes Lab in January of 2021, following a research collaboration agreement between the Blavatnik School of Government and the Sorbonne Business School in Paris (IAE). He is a professor of Economic and Public Management at the Sorbonne Business School-University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he runs a research group working on the economics of public-private partnerships.

Stephane’s research has been published and presented in a range of journals and conferences including the Journal of Law, Economics and Organization, the Journal of Economics and Management Strategy, the Journal of Behavioral Economics and Organization and The Review of Industrial Economics. He has also published several books, the most recent one being The Economics of Public-Private Partnerships, 2018. You can find a full list of Stéphane's publications in his personal webpage here.
