Tiphanie is the Head of Impact at the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC) Australia, a not-for-profit dedicated to the protection of vulnerable children.
Prior to joining ICMEC Australia in November 2022, Tiphanie had over a decade of experience in the public sector, including 7 years at the NSW Government’s Office of Social Impact Investment (OSII) where she was a founding member. At OSII, Tiphanie was heavily involved in setting up NSW’s ~$250 million social impact investment portfolio across a range of policy areas, launched Australia’s first outcomes ‘rate card’, established a $30 million Social Impact Outcomes Fund, and successfully transitioned an existing government grant funded program into a payment-by-result funding model with a portfolio of service providers.
Tiphanie holds a Bachelor of Law with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Newcastle, and a Master of Economics with Excellence from the University of New South Wales. She is currently undertaking a Master of Data Science Strategy and Leadership program at RMIT University.
