About Tommaso

Tommaso Tropeano is third year visiting PhD Candidate at the Government Outcomes Lab (GO lab). His research is focused on social impact measurement in public-private partnership. More specifically, Tommaso’s thesis aims to explore how social impact measurement can enable PPPs to generate public value. The work of Tommaso helps public and private actors to design partnerships that are based on social impact measurement and can assure public value holistically.


Tommaso is currently PhD candidate in Management Engineer at Politecnico di Milano working at TIRESIA, which is a research centre of the Politecnico di Milano’s School of Management. Tommaso holds a MSc in International Sciences and Political Science from University of Turin. He currently works also in the research area of Torino Social Impact where he has worked before as trainee.
