Ana-Maria Dimand

Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Administration, School of Public Service, Boise State University

Ana-Maria Dimand, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Administration in the School of Public Service, at Boise State University and a Global Research Affiliate with the Sustainable Purchasing Research Initiative at Arizona State University. She completed her Ph.D. in Public Affairs and a Graduate Certificate in Public Finance, Procurement, and Contract Management, at Florida International University, Miami. Prior to her graduate studies, she served as a legal advisor for a central government organization in Bucharest, Romania, specializing in public procurement. Her research centers on public management and policy, particularly addressing government contracting, collaborative governance, innovation, and sustainability issues.

Andrea Patrucco

Andrea S. Patrucco (Ph.D., Politecnico di Milano) is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management in the Department of Marketing and Logistics at the Florida International University College of Business. His research interests are in the field of management of buyer-supplier relationships in both the private and public sectors. He is one of the academic leaders of the International Research Study on Public Procurement Research group and part of the European Union Task Force of Public Procurement. He actively collaborates with government organizations in the United States, such as the National Association of State Procurement Officers and NIGP: the Institute of Public Procurement.

Ruairi

Ruairi Macdonald

Researcher, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford

Ruairi is passionate about public procurement and contract management. A lawyer in the US (Attorney, New York) and UK (Solicitor, England and Wales), he is a part time researcher at the University of Oxford’s Faculty of Law on a project called SPARKS -- Sustainable Procurement Applied Research and Knowledge Sharing. Ruairi is also the civil society co-chair of the UK government’s open contracting advisory group and manages a peer learning initiative called the Oxford Procurement of Government Outcomes Club (Oxford POGO Club). He is associated with the GO Lab and the Net Zero Research Hub at the Blavatnik School of Government.
