Time 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Location London, United Kingdom

About the session

We are excited to launch an Outcomes Community of Practice for Greater London. The group is open to both public sector commissioners and service providers who are currently involved in outcome-based or innovative commissioning approaches. It is an opportunity for those grappling with new approaches to come together and share experiences of the day-to-day realities.

The first meeting will focus on practical operational challenges of running outcome-based contracts, with discussions around contract management and delivery, and what comes next. The GO Lab with our local champion Sutton Borough Council hope to foster and open and frank discussion about the delivery challenges. While we hope that wider learning can be shared no comments will be attributable to any individuals or organisations.

This event is free to attend for all commissioners and service providers across Greater London who are able to share practical experiences in discussion with peers. If you wish to attend please email leigh.crowley@bsg.ox.ac.uk.
