Matheus is the Vice President of Impact at the Common Good Marketplace, bringing extensive experience in developing, managing, and scaling innovative and blended-finance mechanisms across climate and social development sectors.
He leads CGM’s Impact Framework and its standards for measuring, valuing, and verifying social outcomes, while working with strategic partners to advance outcome-based finance globally. Previously, in roles at Palladium and the Climate Policy Initiative, he co-led the design of evidence-based policies and financing models that improve accountability and guide more effective capital allocation.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and a Master’s in Public Policies, Strategy, and Development from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
