The Big Lottery Fund (BLF), ATQ consultants and Ecorys have published an in depth review of the West London Zone Collective Impact Bond. This has been produced as part of the Commissioning Better Outcomes Fund (CBO).
The West London Zone (WLZ) Collective impact bond seeks to improve the outcomes of children identified to be at risk of poorer life chances, but who are not currently well supported by existing services. The SIB presents a way to test a long term and financially sustainable solution for catalysing systems change.
