This is the final report of the evaluation of the Fair Chance Fund, an innovative three year programme, launched in January 2015 and ending in December 2017. The fund was designed to improve accommodation, education and employment outcomes for homeless young people aged 18 to 24. This evaluation assesses whether this type of intevention is effective in improving outcomes for homeless young people.
