The Oxford Procurement of Government Outcomes (POGO) Club are a diverse group of academics and practitioners interested in better public procurement for better social outcomes. This is the POGO Club's response to the UK Government's Green Paper on Transforming Public Procurement. It addresses four broad themes for procurement reform: Culture, outcomes, transparency, and learning.
We coordinate a range of geographical and thematically focused peer learning groups which enable people to learn from each other.
