Review of the Sticking Together Project - Final Report, Prepared for the NSW Department of Education May 2021

Sticking Together Project (STP) is a voluntary coaching program designed to provide holistic support to help young people overcome barriers to employment. The New South Wales (NSW) Department of Education commissioned SYC to deliver STP in Sydney (City and Inner South), Illawarra and Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands region to test if this approach to providing additional support improves employment outcomes for young people when compared with support provided by the Commonwealth jobactive program. This review of the project is the Final Report prepared for the NSW Department of Education by Urbanis.
