The Big Lottery Fund (BLF), ATQ consultants and Ecorys have published an in depth review of the West London Zone Collective Impact Bond. This has been produced as part of the Commissioning Better Outcomes Fund (CBO).

The West London Zone (WLZ) Collective impact bond seeks to improve the outcomes of children identified to be at risk of poorer life chances, but who are not currently well supported by existing services. The SIB presents a way to test a long term and financially sustainable solution for catalysing systems change.

This in depth review looks at the WLZ SIB contract, the successes, the challenges, and the lessons learned. We have published a guest blog by BLF about this SIB that you can read 'A tale of two SIBs - and why they matter'.
