Harry is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working on the Government Outcomes Lab’s Global Systematic Review of Outcomes-Based Contracting. His research background is in geopolitics and political theory, with a particular focus on United Nations peace operations. He is interested in how political institutions can contribute to the well-being of citizens, and in the changing role of the State in the face of contemporary challenges that frequently transcend national borders.
Harry joined the Government Outcomes Lab after completing his PhD at the University of Bristol’s School of Geographical Sciences. He also holds an MSc from Bristol and a BSc from Queen’s University Belfast.
