Intervention

Buzinezzclub helps young people discover their passions and work towards starting their own company. After a six month intensive programme, the young people are paired with a volunteer "coaches" who provides ongoing mentoring and support with writing business plans and developing skills, and where starting a business is not attainable, young people receive support to find employment or enter education.

Target population

300-400 unemployed young people between 18 and 30. Young people can self-refer to the programme, or can be referred via social services and the Municipality of Eindhoven.
