Staffordshire County Council developed a pilot under their umbrella drug and alcohol/family services contract to support families with children under Child Protection Plans (CPP) and their parents, who are receiving drug and alcohol support, to undergo intensive interventions to prevent the children being removed into Looked After Children (LAC).
