This Learning Agenda presents an evaluation of the community health-focused Results-Based Financing (RBF) mechanism that was deployed by Living Goods in Uganda between 2020-2022. The aim of the RBF mechanism was to improve the cost-effectiveness and quality of community health services for underserved and at-risk populations.
