Intervention

A project to prevent severe diabetic nephropathy, which provides health guidance to high risk individuals who have not taken medical checkups or who have discontinued treatment. The target population is recommended to seek medical advice and a six-month program on health and dietary guidance has been implemented. The objective is to prevent the medical condition of target audience from worsening by seeking medical advice and improving lifestyles, and to prevent the need for dialysis, a shared challenge for advanced nations.
