Srinithya is a Policy Engagement and Communications Associate at the Government Outcomes Lab, where she leads the work of our Fellows of Practice. Additionally, Sri supports the longitudinal evaluation of the Mental Health and Employment Partnership, one of the Life Chance Fund projects, and the International Network for Data on Impact and Governance Outcomes (INDIGO).
Previously at GO Lab, she contributed to Engaging with Evidence, a series of online convenings that bring together leading experts to engage with the latest evidence and evaluation in the field, and also managed the GO Lab Digital Knowledge Hub platform.
Prior to Oxford, Srinithya worked in policy areas of training and employment at the Human Resources Development Corporation (previously known as the Human Resources Development Fund), a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia. She holds a Brain and Behavioral Science degree from Purdue University and recently completed a Master's in Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government.
